I have got an interesting life.

I got a train of thought and then I got trains on 3 tracks that narrowly avoid each other, and I feel blessed.

 

I sleep with ADDIE in my head and my daughter in my heart or the other way round. She is my SME (or atleast I like her to believe so) before the real ones catch on. Throughout the day we exchange capsules of microlearning.

My husband is a Professor, pretty much like SCORM defining how to package content and defining how his lessons and LMS (Uni) communicate. Yes, it is blended learning for me too when he explains theories!  I am surrounded by multi in my life-multi-vertical, multi-cultural and multi-media. The quality of a course is as important as quality of food in my head. There can’t be any compromises - after all, it is the road to nourishment and growth. 

 

I wonder if life is a multiple choice because it isn’t a true or false. In retrospect, it’s a flow chart.

 

You have guessed it right – Instructional design is my education and my Ikigai. And yes, I have a train to Gamification to catch!
